1 University of International Business and Economics      

 The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), situated in the northeast of Beijing, was founded in 1951. UIBE is a national key university under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, and is also a part of "Project 211", a governmental program aimed at turning about 100 Chinese universities into exceptionally high quality academic institutions in the 21st century. Now UIBE is one of the most important institutes for talents' training and scientific research on Chinese economic and business development.

2 Hunan University

 Hunan University, situated at the foot of the picturesque Yuelu Hill and on the west bank of the rippling Xiang River in the historically and culturally renowned City of Changsha, capital city of Hunan Province, is honored as an "Ancient Millenarian Academy, Famous Centennial University". It is one of the key universities affiliated with the Ministry of Education and is now included in the state's "Project 211" and "Project 985" for priority investment and construction. 3 Nankai University

 Nankai University is commonly known as Nankai, is a public research university located in Tianjin on mainland China. Founded in 1919 by educators Zhang Boling (1876-1951) and Yan Fansun (1860-1920), Nankai University is a member of the Nankai serial schools. It is the alma mater of former Chinese Premier and key historical figure Zhou Enlai. Nankai University is regarded as one of the top and first class universities in China.

 

4 Xiamen University

Xiamen University is colloquially known as Xia Da, located in Xiamen, Fujian province, is the first university in China founded by overseas Chinese. Established by Mr. Tan Kah Kee in 1921, the university was originally known as the University of Amoy. The school motto is "Pursue Excellence, Strive for Perfection. The university is one of many comprehensive universities directly administered by the Chinese Ministry of Education. In 1995 it was included in the list of the 211 Project for the state key construction; in 2000 it became one of China’s higher-level universities designated for the state key construction of the 985 Project. According to University Undergraduates Teaching Assessment and Chinese Universities Evaluation Standings, the university is ranked 11th in China and has maintained the top 20 ranking in China, among which 6 subjects reach A++ level, including economics and management, music, law, chemistry, journalism, communication and mathematics.

 

5 Renmin University of China

 Renmin University of China; RUC, also referred to as People's University of China is an important research university in Haidian District, Beijing. Its campus neighbors those of Peking University and Tsinghua University. Renmin University is one of the most prestigious universities in China, with a distinct focus on humanities and social sciences. Renmin University has produced many influential figures in China's reform and development, and is home to many outstanding scholars in law, economics, journalism and other fields. As measured by admission scores of China's National Higher Education Entrance Examination, Renmin University has consistently ranked among the top three most selective Chinese universities in the liberal arts and social science division.

 

6 Jinan University

Jinan University is a public research and comprehensive university based in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China. It is one of the oldest universities established on Mainland China tracing back to the Qing Empire. In 1996, it was included in the list of the 211 Project for the state key construction. It is a university administered by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the Chinese Ministry of Education.

 

7 Dongbei University of Finance and Economics      

 Dongbei University of Finance and Economics is one of oldest and largest modern universities in Dalian, and it is home to over 20,000 students. Today's DUFE is one of the top schools in the field in China; its graduates are occupying high-level positions in government and industries, especially in the banking and finance sectors. DUFE serves as a multidisciplinary, teaching-and-research-oriented university focusing on economics, management, law, arts, and science. It offers full-time and part-time education programs; for full-time programs, DUFE is now offering three first-level mobile stations for post-doctoral research—applied economics, theoretical economics and business administration; 42 PhD programs, 72 master’s degree programs, including MBA, MPA, MPAcc, J.M., etc. and 31 undergraduate programs. In all the disciplines, there are two key state-sponsored disciplines—industrial economics and public finance (including taxation); one key state-supported disciplines—quantitative economics; and three state-level majors with their own characteristic—accounting, finance and business administration.

 

8 Liaoning University

 Liaoning University is one of the key universities listed in the nation's "Project 211" and affirmed by the Ministry of Education. Altogether, the University has forty-three undergraduate disciplines, fifty-three master-degree-granting disciplines, including MBA and JM. The University is also invested with authority to grant doctorate of philosophy in theoretical economics (the first level discipline) and nine other doctorates (the second level discipline). Furthermore, the University has three mobile stations for post-doctoral studies to its credit, with two national key disciplines of world economy and national economy in addition to a base for cultivating personnel of basic national economy, and a key base for research on humanities, and a center of research on the system of comparative economy as designated by the Ministry of Education. 9 Wuhan University

 Wuhan University is located in Wuhan, Hubei, China, and is administered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Both Project 985 and Project 211 as a major receiver of state funding selected it. The university is situated at Luojia Hill, with palatial buildings blending the Chinese and Western style. It was commonly regarded as one of the most beautiful campuses in China.

 

10 Zhejiang University

Zhejiang University, sometimes referred to as Zheda, is a national university in China. Founded in 1897, Zhejiang University is one of China's oldest institutions of higher education. It is a member of the C9 League and Yangtze Delta Universities Alliance. Zhejiang University is located in the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, approximately 112 miles (180 km) southwest of Shanghai. Zhejiang University Library collection contains about 7 million volumes, making it one of the largest academic libraries in the country
